Zakres obowiązków
- Architect and deploy sophisticated ML models for real-time campaign optimization, focusing on bid strategies, pacing, and multi-objective budget allocation.
- Lead the design of a complex model orchestration layer, balancing conflicting KPIs to ensure a seamless intersection of engineering excellence and product performance.
- Drive the ML roadmap for audience targeting, leveraging multi-source data to refine full-funnel outcomes for global advertisers.
- Partner with Engineering to transition R&D models into scalable, high-concurrency production pipelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, translating deep-dive analytics into strategic product recommendations and mentoring the next generation of data scientists.
Wymagania
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Economics, or Hard Sciences).
- AdTech Mastery: 7+ years of professional experience, with a heavy concentration on, DSP mechanics, Programmatic Advertising and CTV measurement (A subject matter expert who navigates the complexities of programmatic media with ease, offering a high-level command of CTV dynamics and the execution of precision-engineered, data-driven targeting strategies)
- A proven track record of bringing bidder optimization and attribution models from concept to production.
- Expert-level Python and SQL, combined with a command of advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with the GCP / Vertex AI ecosystem, including feature stores and experiment tracking.
- Familiarity with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks, specifically regarding their evaluation and deployment.
- A research-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to articulate "the math" to non-technical stakeholders.
