Phase 1: Define QA strategy (Week 1-2)
Before hiring anyone or installing any tool, answer these questions. The answers shape every subsequent decision.
Action 1.1: Identify your testing scope. List every testable surface: web application, mobile app, APIs, integrations, databases, background jobs. For each, note: current test coverage (likely 0-20%), business criticality (high/medium/low), and change frequency (daily/weekly/monthly).
