Role Requirements:

• Fluency in English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities, to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle monotonous activities with diligence and attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in monitoring and resolving production issues.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes rapidly, enabling efficient troubleshooting and solution implementation.

Job Description

• Monitor issues in the production environment and promptly identify and resolve them to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Reproduce production issues in a controlled test environment to facilitate root cause analysis and validate proposed solutions before implementation.
• Collaborate with the development, quality assurance, and product owner to address and prevent recurring issues.
• Document commonly occurring errors and their resolution steps to create a knowledge base for reference and training purposes.
• Generate and manage tickets for the IT team to implement preventive measures and ensure the non-recurrence of identified issues.
