On the 25th of May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force, therefore we would like to inform you about the principles of our processing of your personal data and about your rights.
We inform you that the data controller of your personal data is ARDURA Consulting Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., located at ul. Ząbkowska 31, 03-736 Warsaw.
As the data controller, we would like to inform you that, with your consent, your personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations pursuant to Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
The purpose of the processing is to fulfil your orders, to support you as a customer, to comply with our legal obligations and, where you have given us your consent, for marketing purposes. We will also share your information with cooperating companies, but only if you have given your consent.
You have the right to access your personal data and to obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw your consent to data processing.
Your data may also be made available to third parties who assist us in fulfilling our obligations, such as courier companies, consultancy firms or auditors.
Your data will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil our services and obligations or until you object. If you believe that any of your rights have been violated, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority.
